Matthew Paul (Matt) Malouf is a real estate developer based in Utah and Texas, with more than 30 years in acquisition, finance, development, and sales of residential and mixed-use communities.
He started his career in 1992 financing residential and commercial property, then moved into developing and selling real estate. He's worked in every part of the business, from land planning and entitlements to construction and sales. Matt is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
